Do you really buy "As-Is"?

We always buy "As-Is". When we make an offer for your property, that offer is based on the current condition of the home. You never have to pick up a paint brush or hammer.

Do you pay all closing costs?

Yes, we pay all normal closing costs as long as you close with the title company / closing attorney we choose. That results in you possibly keeping more money in your pocket.

How fast will you close on my property?

We do have the ability to close quickly. Sometimes sellers will designate a longer date and that is just fine if you need longer to vacate the home.

Do you buy rentals?

We do buy rentals. We will buy them vacant or occupied and we will buy properties with the lets say, difficult tenants. We will buy your rental even if the tenants are behind on rent payments.


No real estate commissions.

When you sell to District 88, you will never pay a commission. That results in a savings of about 6% to you. If you currently have your property listed with a real estate agent you may be subject to real estate commissions.
